Alice Flacco

As General Counsel, Alice Flacco oversees the global legal function of the Cardiac Rhythm Management business line of MicroPort Scientific Corporation.

Her key functions include global responsibility for corporate governance, cross-border transactions, international mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property and anti-trust.

Prior to joining MicroPort Group, Alice has served as an Associate lawyer for top-tier international law firms including Baker McKenzie and Bird & Bird as well as global corporations in Italy, France, UK and Luxembourg.

Graduated with honours from the Law University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy and holder of two Masters at the University of Paris II Assas (respectively IP and International Business Law) Alice is admitted to the Bars of Rome and Paris.
